הִשְׁבַּ֥עְתִּי אֶתְכֶ֖ם בְּנ֣וֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם אִֽם־תִּמְצְאוּ֙ אֶת־דּוֹדִ֔י מַה־תַּגִּ֣ידוּ ל֔וֹ שֶׁחוֹלַ֥ת אַהֲבָ֖ה אָֽנִי׃
'Ti aggiorno, o figlie di Gerusalemme, se trovi la mia amata, cosa gli dirai? Che sono malato d'amore.'

“I administer an oath to you, daughters of Jerusalem; if you find my beloved, what shall you tell him? That I am lovesick” (Song of Songs 5:8).
